Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit and American Express.
Medicare and Medicaid Disclaimer:
Notice to Medicare and Medicaid Beneficiaries: Medicare and Medicaid will pay for durable medical equipment and supplies only if a supplier has a valid Medicare or Medicaid supplier number and meets all other Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and product coverage requirements. Direct O2 does not have a Medicare or Medicaid supplier number. Medicare or Medicaid will not pay for any medical equipment and supplies we sell or rent to you. You will be personally and fully responsible for payment and agree not to appeal if Medicare is not billed.
Private Insurance Disclaimer:
Direct O2 does not accept any insurance. We are a cash-only seller of durable medical equipment. We do not, under any circumstance, bill insurance companies directly and do not make any representation as to whether or not your private insurance company will cover the services or products we provide. You are financially responsible for all products and services purchased on this website.

Direct O2 uses FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipping.
Direct O2 offers FREE ground shipping on ALL Oxygen Concentrators. We can expedite shipping for an additional shipping fee, ask a customer service representative for more information.
Most products are shipped directly from our corporate office, located in Florida. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturers. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the materials it supplies the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges:
Certain products may be returned to us within seven days of your purchase for a refund, exchange or credit, if the product has not been used, is sealed and unopened. A return fee may be applied. Simply email us to obtain a return authorization number indicating how you would like us to handle the return. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
Returns of opened items cannot be accepted.
DO NOT return any product until you have contacted us and have been given a Return Authorization Number by email.

*We do not accept returns on bags, backpacks, nebulizers or disposable items.
All equipment has a minimum 1 year manufacturer warranty.
An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.
Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team.
