Efficient & Quiet At-Home Oxygen Therapy

Oxygen concentrators have transformed at-home oxygen therapy, with these self-contained oxygen generators replacing the heavy green pressurized tanks that used to define supplemental O2 therapy. And as oxygen concentrators continue to develop, they are getting smaller and more refined with every new model release. The original EverFlo O2 concentrator delivered reliable, continuous flow oxygen in a relatively compact and lightweight (31 pounds) package.

The EverFlo  is efficient too, with its advanced motor capable of powering effective oxygen therapy with minimal electricity from the AC wall plug. This impressive efficiency will be best appreciated when the electric bill comes due, an important consideration for 24-hour oxygen care. The EverFlo  quiet and efficient nature is also complemented by its relatively compact dimensions and light 31-pound weight – making for an unobtrusive presence in the home. And the  built-in roller wheels means the EverFlo is easily moved around the home as needed. So while a mobile stationary oxygen concentrator may sound like an oxymoron, it’s a real-world reality thanks to the EverFlo!

    Durable Construction & User-Friendly Design

As a stationary at-home oxygen concentrator the EverFlo  is built with durability and long-term reliability in mind. Subtle design cues, like the recessed flow meter and metal cannula connector, help resist accidental breakage and everyday wear-and-tear. Philips engineers also aimed for convenience, with user-friendly features like including a humidifier bottle holder with velcro strap that’s compatible a standard bubble humidifier (humidifier not included). The the EverFlo humidifier and oxygen tubing connectors are also placed at top of EverFlo for quick, easy connections.

EverFlo  patients operate their O2 therapy through a simplified user interface. There aren’t any complicated bells and whistles to cause confusion, with a straightforward on/off switch, Flow Meter Knob and three indicator lights (green, yellow, red) regulating the oxygen therapy. The EverFlo  does include some high-tech interventions, however, with audible and visual alarms kicking in when problems like a loss of power, machine/system errors or oxygen flow/purity issues are detected.

The EverFlo  also aims to keep maintenance easy too, with the external air inlet filter and internal micro disk filter set for 2- and 5-year replacement schedule.
